COVID-19 Guidelines

Keeping us all safe

Patient Guidelines

Despite the easing of restrictions we still need to remain cautious and protect our community. COVID-19 has not gone away so we are asking all patients to continue to comply with these guidelines for the moment. Due to the close contact nature of treatment and for the safety of all those attending clinic we are maintaining the use of PPE for practitioners and of course the thorough cleaning between each appointment.

Every decision has been made with your welfare and the welfare of those around us in mind. Things continue to look and feel a little different. Hopefully you will understand and continue to find reassurance in the current guidelines for all patients.

Before your appointment

You will be asked to complete a screening form about your recent health. This will be sent to you via your reminder email if time allows, or will be completed over the phone if you need to attend immediately. Please be aware this form must be completed for your appointment to go ahead.

On the day

  1. Check in with yourself - how do you feel? If you have symptoms of a cough, temperature, loss of taste or smell, fatigue or body aches, please stay at home. We can rearrange your appointment for when you are feeling better.

  2. Please come to your appointment on your own if at all possible.

  3. Please bring as few possessions with you as possible.

  4. Please be on time as appointments will need to finish promptly.

  5. Please bring a face mask to wear in clinic.
